In 2019, lifelong entrepreneurs and brothers, JJ and Brett Hadley, founded Bad Ass Brothers (BAB) Investments, propelling their real estate investing journey into high gear. Meet Brett Hadley
Brett brings a process-oriented mindset to the BAB investor relations team, backed by his expertise and certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Project Management (PMP). A high-performing and resourceful leader, Brett excels in coaching and solving complex problems. He is proficient in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and is passionate about optimizing life through biohacking, building relationships, and creating efficiencies. His goal is to maximize both the quality and quantity of every endeavor.
Meet JJ Hadley
JJ brings unparalleled expertise to the BAB Asset Management Team, with over a decade of hands-on experience leading operations teams at large, multi-million-dollar industrial complexes. His proficiency in optimizing processes, reducing waste, and increasing value is second nature. JJ's practical approach and deep industry knowledge ensure that facility operations run in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
Together, JJ and Brett transformed their vision into reality, combining their expertise and problem- solving abilities to create value in all aspects of their lives. In less than a year, they invested in 131 units across three syndications in Florida and Oklahoma, and acquired 11 multi-family rental properties in
Wyoming. Today, they manage a portfolio of 750 units with $30 million in assets under management (AUM).
