IRAS AND 401KS

You may have an active IRA or 401k account to save for retirement. But did you know that you can also use it to invest in real estate? Apartment syndications offer a hefty return on investment, but coming up with the funds to get started isn’t always easy. Fortunately, by using your IRA or 401k, you can easily make your investment dreams come true. Contact us for more information.

INVESTING WITH YOUR IRA

If you’re interested in investing in real estate property with your IRA, you’ll need to go through a self-directed IRA. This allows you to invest in several unconventional investments, including real estate. Some limitations prohibit you from living on the property or managing it, but as a limited partner in our apartment syndications, this isn’t a problem. If you invest using this method, your passive income from the property will flow back into your IRA account.

INVESTING WITH YOUR 401K

You must first open a Solo 401(k) account that will be used to invest in the real estate syndication. After this account is open you will roll over or fund this account. You will now be ready to invest.
